7-day free trial
Eligible ApexEdge plans may start with a 7-day free trial. A recurring payment authorization is required before the trial begins. The selected plan, price, currency, billing frequency, and any eligibility conditions are presented before authorization.
- 2
Recurring billing after the trial
Unless cancelled according to the applicable cancellation terms, the selected plan continues automatically after the 7-day trial. The applicable recurring plan charge is then collected through the authorized payment provider and the paid subscription begins.
- 3
How to cancel
You may request cancellation using the available billing controls or by submitting a billing request through support. Submit the request before the next renewal is due and allow reasonable processing time.
A cancellation is complete when it is reflected in the subscription status or confirmed by ApexEdge. Simply stopping use of the product does not cancel recurring authorization.
- 4
Effect of cancellation
Cancellation prevents future renewal. Where an end date is confirmed, access may continue until the end of the already-paid billing period, subject to payment status and the Terms of Service. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already started.
- 5
Refund requests
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, the applicable law, payment-provider rules, and any terms shown at purchase. ApexEdge does not promise an automatic or unconditional refund. Requests should explain the reason and include the relevant billing reference without sending full card or banking credentials.
- 6
Billing errors and duplicate charges
Suspected billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or duplicate charges can be submitted for review through support. ApexEdge may request enough information to identify the transaction and coordinate with the payment provider. A review does not predetermine the outcome.
- 7
Promotional and founding pricing
Promotional or founding pricing may be limited by plan, availability, region, eligibility, or continuity of the subscription. Where legally permitted and disclosed before purchase, cancelling, changing plans, allowing a subscription to lapse, or later resubscribing may affect continued eligibility for a promotional rate.
- 8
Payment failures and recovery
If a recurring payment fails, the payment provider may retry collection and ApexEdge may allow a limited recovery period. Paid features may be restricted if payment is not recovered. Updating payment details or resolving a failed payment does not guarantee restoration until the subscription status is verified.
- 9
Subscription expiry and data
When a paid subscription expires or becomes inactive, paid features may be restricted. Account and business data may be retained according to the Privacy Policy, including for service continuity, records, security, disputes, or legal obligations. Expiry does not itself promise immediate deletion.
- 10
Payment-provider processing
Payments, refunds, reversals, and recurring authorizations may be processed by the applicable payment provider and can be subject to its processing times and rules. Payment card or banking credentials should be entered only in the provider’s authorized payment experience, not in ApexEdge contact or support forms.
- 11
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, cancellation, chargeback, cooling-off, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable rights vary by location and circumstances.
